Born and raised in Suffern, NY, Zac started his first business at 18; a successful nightlife and event planning company that handled everything from birthday parties to Fortune 500 corporate events. He used this money to pay for school at the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor where he received his undergraduate degree in Sport Management as well as at the Zicklin School of Business – Baruch College where he received his Master’s in Marketing. Zac has been a certified NFLPA contract advisor since 2016, negotiating over $100 Million in contracts before his 30th birthday. He formed LAA on the principle of what has driven his success to date; LOYALTY to those that support and believe in him.
Director of Client Relations
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Matt initially interned for Zac at his nightlife and event planning company while earning his undergraduate degree at Syracuse University. Upon graduation, he decided to try his hand at real estate. With a degree in Sport Management however, he found what Zac was building at LAA intriguing and left real estate to join him in 2019. Since then, he’s been an integral part of maintaining client relationships. He is LOYAL, driven, and thrives in anything he puts his mind to.
Director of Marketing
Born and raised in South Florida, Eric attended Johnson & Wales University on a basketball scholarship. He has a B.A. in Entertainment/Event Management with a minor in Marketing. While in school he started his own memorabilia business on eBay and became fascinated with the industry. From this passion, he recognized athletes could instead monetize their own signature exponentially increasing their revenue. He has a knack for understanding each clients wants and needs which goes hand in hand with creating their own unique brand. He is a marketing genius and of course LOYAL as they come.
